The Bailey light represents a design exploration into merging traditional glass blowing techniques with minimal design. Inspired by traditional optic glass moulding the light utilises the technique to create an intricate linear glass shade. A hovering light fitting highlights the symmetrical lens shaped form of the light with the first series of lights hand blown by leading glass blower Brian Corr. The light is hand blown in Australia at the renowned Canberra glassworks and paired with machined brass fittings made by Rakumba Lighting.
